Our setting is no ordinary school—it’s a safe haven for students in KS3 and KS4 who, for various reasons, aren’t currently in mainstream education. These brilliant young minds might have faced exclusion, illness, or simply need a different path—and that’s where you come in.What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting amazing young people 1:1 or in small groupsHelping students with varios learning difficulties, complex communication needs, and AutisimBeing a calm, confident presence when things get a little challengingCelebrating the small wins that mean everything to the students studentsWorking with a team that genuinely cares and has your backWho We’re Looking For:You’re calm under pressure and love a challengeYou believe every child deserves a second, third, or fourth chanceYou’re reliable, nurturing, and have a sense of humour (essential!)Experience is a bonus, but heart and dedication matter mostAbout Us
