What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Barista experience – in coffee shops, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
- Confidence serving hot/cold drinks and specialty beverages and working at speed
- Friendly, reliable, and a team player
- Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
- A positive attitude and great customer service skills
Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a huge bonus!What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving drinks from high-volume festival bars and coffee shops
- Operating traditional coffee machine and packaged product systems
- Keeping queues moving and spirits high
- Working long shifts in a buzzing, high-energy environment
