The Administrative Assistant will provide operational support to the Service Department. The Administrative Assistant will assist with data review, prepare reports, market to new customers, prepare and track lease signings, and sort and deliver mail. This Administrative Assistant position is Direct Hire and offers competitive benefits.Job Requirements: High school diploma required. Must have strong phone and computer skills as well as previous administrative support and customer service experience. Must be highly proficient with Excel. This job is very fast-paced and will have a high work volume.
