In this role, you’ll deliver expert, patient-centred care through virtual consultations, working closely with clients to assess, diagnose, and guide them through treatment and care planning.You’ll bring advanced clinical judgement, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to evidence-based care. From taking detailed histories and making clinical decisions, to supporting our wider clinical team and championing high-quality standards – this role is all about putting people at the heart of everything we do.What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver expert menopause care via virtual clinics, working independently and in collaboration with GPs and colleagues
  • Carry out clinical assessments, make diagnoses, and develop individualised treatment and care plans
  • Provide clinical leadership and contribute to the development of our menopause services
  • Communicate complex medical information with clarity, empathy and respect.
  • Support and coach other clinicians to build menopause care confidence and capability.
  • Work closely with internal and external professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, equity, dignity and patient advocacy.
  • Uphold the highest standards in communication, documentation and data privacy.

  • Current full NMC registration as an RGN/RMN
  • Evidence of study at Master’s level
  • A menopause-specific qualification – e.g., BMS Principles and Practice of Menopause Care
  • Independent Nurse Prescribing (V300) qualification
  • Expert knowledge of menopause and women’s health
  • Senior-level experience as an autonomous menopause practitioner
  • Experience working across multiple levels with internal teams and external partners
  • A track record of developing innovative clinical practice

It’s a bonus if you also have:BMS Advanced Certificate in the Principles and Practice of Menopause Care*All candidates will be required to hold enhanced DBS and police vetting*The Interview ProcessOur interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • Short call with a member of the Talent team
  • 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
  • Final Interview and task with two members of the team
