You’ll be part of a team responsible for keeping our ESR system accurate and up to date for some of the largest NHS Trusts in London and have the autonomy to excel in your role with the support of our technology and recruitment centre of excellence. For the duration of the training, the post holder is required to be in the office 5 days.Main duties of the jobThis is a split role whereby the post holder will be required to carry out all HR Administration activities which fall outside of the remit of Recruitment/Lead Employer teams and process them in a timely and accurate manner, as well as being first point of contact for queries.The post holder is the first point of reference and must display a considerable degree of initiative, judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner.You will act as a contact point with the need to explain complex/highly complex information with senior managers and external stakeholders.The post holder will provide a high quality, responsive, streamlined service to managers and employees within the trust which includes:
