For the duration of the training, the post holder is required to be in the office 5 days.Main duties of the jobThis is a split role whereby the post holder will be required to carry out all HR Administration activities which fall outside of the remit of Recruitment/Lead Employer teams and process them in a timely and accurate manner, as well as being first point of contact for queries.The post holder is the first point of reference and must display a considerable degree of initiative, judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner.You will act as a contact point with the need to explain complex/highly complex information with senior managers and external stakeholders.The post holder will provide a high quality, responsive, streamlined service to managers and employees within the trust which includes:
- Data Entry (Both numeric and non-numeric) into Oracle system
- Ensuring that Managers and Employees are provided an accurate and quality service.
- Ensuring that all administrative KPI’s are adhered to.
- Working within the policies and procedures, ensuring that audit requirements are met at all times and deadlines are strictly adhered to.
- Appropriate application of Data Protection rules.
