We’re hiring on behalf of a forward thinking Audio Visual Integrator that delivers innovative, software driven solutions to a diverse client base. As the team expands, they’re now looking to bring in a Project Coordinator (or Project Administrator) to support their growing portfolio of work.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in Tech, Digital, or Engineering sectors who enjoys playing a central support role across multiple projects. You’ll be joining a collaborative, delivery focused business that values structure, clear communication, and getting things done.The Role:
You’ll work as part of the Project Delivery team, ensuring the successful coordination and administration of projects from start to finish. While you won’t be leading projects yourself, you’ll play a vital part in keeping everything moving behind the scenes, acting as the right hand support to Project Managers and liaising across departments.This isn’t a generic admin role, it’s hands on, varied, and ideal for someone who’s confident working in a structured, technical environment where no two days look quite the same.Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers with the coordination of multiple, ongoing technical projects
• Maintain and update project documentation including timelines, risk logs, change controls, and status reports
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Act as a key communication bridge between delivery teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Assist with procurement, onboarding documentation, and liaising with third-party vendors
• Track milestones, flag delays, and support with reporting across the project lifecycle
• Help onboard new projects and ensure processes are followed for consistent delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Support, or Project Administrator role
• Background working within a technology, engineering, IT services, or digital delivery business is a MUST
• Excellent attention to detail and an organised approach to managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confidence using project tools such as Excel, MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence or similar
• A calm, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Understanding of project delivery frameworks like Agile, Prince2, or Waterfall
• Experience coordinating with external suppliers, delivery teams or technical clients
• Familiarity with resource scheduling or procurement administration

Salary:

• £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary (Depending on experience)
