A lovely family in Standlake, West Oxfordshire is seeking an Au-pair to care for their school-aged child. The role includes all general au-pair duties such as school pick-ups and drop-offs, afternoon care, accompanying the child to clubs, light housekeeping, and cooking meals for the child. Someone very flexible is needed for this role. A driver is a bonus for this position. The family has a dog which will require some walking during the week.A valid first aid qualification is needed for this position.Working hours: Monday- Friday with flexibility, 25 hours per weekAccommodation: Bedroom with own toilet and a sitting room, tv and other amenities includedDuties include:

• preparing healthy meals and snacks
• washing and dressing the child
• helping with homework
• doing after school activities with the child
• preparing recreational activities that will boost the child’s physical and mental development
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the child
• doing arts and crafts
• taking the child to parks and playgrounds
• preparing them for bed and reading stories
