We believe in opportunities for growth & development, teamwork, and engagement.We are hiring a Store Operations Associate for our store in Boisbriand!What Giant Tiger Brings:Medical / Dental / Vision BenefitsStore DiscountProfit SharingSafety-first environmentWhat You’ll Be Doing:Responsible for balancing the cash registers;Preparing bank deposits and entering information for daily cash report;Training associates on SKU / pricing related issues, printing signs and labels and operating the RF unit;Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of perpetual inventory and product pricing.;Prepare and participate in cycle counts;Following the best practices when receiving and processing merchandise;Ensuring health and safety policies and guidelines are followed;Ensuring Loss prevention best practices are followed.What You’ll Bring:Effective analytical and organizational skills;Strong attention to detail;Previous experience in a retail environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills (customers, vendors, other third party);Ability to work independently and as part of a team;Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment;When You’ll Work:
A typical full-time schedule will consist of day shifts, two evenings per week, and alternating weekends with a schedule of 35-40 hours weekly.Store Operations Associate, Physical Demands of Position:
