Full time Associate Veterinarian – Urgently Hiring + Sign On Bonus – Nashville, GAA trusted partner hospital in Nashville, GA, is seeking a full-time Lead Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a DVM, be licensed to practice in the state of Georgia, and have 2-5 years of experience in a leadership role. This opportunity allows the Lead Veterinarian to oversee clinic management, deliver high-quality patient care, and lead a team of professionals in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and surgery.
• Supervise, train, and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants.
• Oversee the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting and resource management.
• Develop and implement new programs and initiatives to improve patient care and clinic efficiency.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and referral sources to foster growth and maintain excellent patient care.
• Ensure the clinic operates smoothly, maintaining high standards of veterinary care and customer service.

Qualifications:

• DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Licensed veterinarian in the state of Georgia.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Lead Veterinarian or equivalent leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and advancing clinic operations.
