This practice is dedicated to delivering high-quality, modern veterinary care using advanced technology such as cold/therapy laser , ultrasound , and digital x-rays , all within a Fear-Free Certified environment .With a strong emphasis on work-life balance , team collaboration , and community impact , this hospital provides a positive and engaging space for veterinarians at any stage of their career.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive patient care including diagnostics, surgery, and wellness visitsCommunicate effectively with clients and staff using a relationship-centered approachCollaborate with the team to uphold the highest standards of careBuild lasting relationships with clients and the local Gastonia/Charlotte communitySupport staff development through participation in training programsManage a diverse caseload across appointments, diagnostics, and proceduresSkills, Knowledge, and Expertise:DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution (or completion of ECFVG or PAVE)Active NC veterinary license or ability to obtain oneClinical experience with comfort in surgery, diagnostics, and general careTeam-oriented, compassionate, and committed to professional excellenceIdeal Candidate:This opportunity is open to both new graduates and experienced veterinarians who are passionate about animal care, thrive in collaborative environments, and want to be part of a team that celebrates community and connection —from personalized care to annual lobby photos with Santa Paws!
