This state-of-the-art facility is equipped with ultrasound , digital x-rays , endoscopy , and full in-house labs , offering comprehensive veterinary services for dogs, cats, pocket pets, and exotics .This practice prides itself on building strong, long-lasting relationships with patients and the local community, all within a Fear-Free environment that promotes wellness for both pets and team members.Key Responsibilities:Provide relationship-based, compassionate care to clients and patientsCollaborate with leadership and the clinical team to ensure optimal careSupport and mentor team development through the LevelUp training programManage a diverse caseload, including general wellness, diagnostics, and surgeriesEngage with the Statesville community and build strong client relationshipsFoster a positive, team-oriented workplace cultureSkills, Knowledge & Expertise:DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited program (or ECFVG/PAVE equivalent)Active North Carolina veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain)Clinical proficiency in diagnostics, surgery, and general careStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCollaborative, compassionate, and team-focusedCompensation & Benefits:Sign-on bonus optionsOptional Pro-Sal with no negative accrualDiscounted veterinary care for personal petsPaid CE days and annual CE allowancePaid licensing and professional dues (AVMA/state)Professional liability insurance (PLIT) coverage
