Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply.We are seeking an Associate, Talent Acquisition Operations to join our team, reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition processes. You will support recruiters, optimize talent acquisition technology (Workday, Phenom), and manage critical administrative functions to enhance overall team performance. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across HR functions, drive process improvements, and contribute to projects that support our hiring strategies.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the point of contact for the Contingent Worker Program, managing onboarding, extensions, administration, and offboarding in Workday and internal systems like ServiceNow.Coordinate background checks for contingent workers and facilitate recurring screening requirements for existing employees.Support process improvements and enhancements for Talent Acquisition technology (Workday, Phenom), including system testing for releases, updates, and related projects.Assist with reporting for the Talent Acquisition team, including weekly recruiting reports, dashboards, and ad hoc requests.Respond to and coordinate team efforts on audits and year-end requests, liaising with Compliance, Legal, and HR partners as required.
Manage the global Talent Acquisition vendor and Executive Recruitment invoicing process, including invoice collection, processing, tracking, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.Support recruiters in managing agency partnerships and navigating legal and Master Service Agreement (MSA) processes.Oversee the case management process in Workday, assigning and actioning cases as needed.Collaborate with various Enterprise HR teams, including Advisory & Support, Payroll, Compensation, HR Technology, and IT.Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, providing support for initiatives that enhance recruitment processes, technology, and overall team effectiveness.To succeed in this role, you bring:1-2 years of experience in a talent acquisition support function within a corporate or agency environment (an asset).Experience working with Workday and Phenom for talent acquisition processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Intermediate Excel skills preferred (pivots, VLOOKUPs, dashboards)A strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.A solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency to deliver results and meet business deadlines.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while adapting to change.As one of Canada’s largest defined benefit pension plans, our people-first culture is at its best when our workforce reflects the communities where we live and work — and the members we proudly serve.From hire to retire, we are an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive, barrier-free recruitment and selection process that extends all the way through your employee experience.
