This role involves a mix of customer engagement, technical support, and project coordination, making it ideal for someone with a passion for clean energy, technology, and problem-solving.Responsibilities of the Associate Sales Engineer / Project Assistant will include:

• Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate customer needs
• Develop site maps and customized proposals, including technical specifications and cost estimates
• Monitor and manage customer software consoles to ensure optimal system performance
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support, resolving issues efficiently
• Work alongside the sales team to identify new business opportunities and guide customers through the product selection process
• Assist in project coordination, ensuring seamless implementation from start to finish
• Offer technical consultation to customers regarding system upgrades and maintenance
• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings

Job RequirementsQualifications of the Associate Sales Engineer / Project Assistant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of electrical infrastructure, software systems, and troubleshooting
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers
• Eager to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
• Experience with software platforms and cloud-based monitoring
• Background in site assessment and system design
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and problem-solve independently
