Join one of the UK’s largest managing agents as an Associate Director to help manage 5 prime Central Offices, scaling up to 700,000 Sqft with service charge budgets exceeding £11 million.I have partnered with a leading Central London office management consultancy to make a Associate Surveyor hire in their team.They have a reputation for delivering a leading service to their clients’ assets. The clients include Overseas Investors, Sovereign Wealth, and Institutional Funds. These assets scale up to 700,000sq ft with Service Charges budgets in excess of £11 million.They have an ethos of growing their own, with over 90% of the Partners starting as Graduate Surveyors. Over recent years, there has been a large investment into people and the software used to help with employee’s day to day work.You will have the opportunity to work on some of the best assets in the city. Your portfolio will be limited to a maximum of 5 assets providing a platform to focus on enhancing asset values.

The ideal candidate for this position will need to have experience dealing Central London assets, there will be a focus on Value Added Services such as ESG, Proptech and Placemaking.You will be based in their City office, with a flexible working policy in place.
