Job DescriptionThe Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)/Rare Disease Business Unit is recruiting an Associate Director of Healthcare Consumer (HCC) Marketing for PAH in the United States. The Associate Director of HCC Marketing will lead key elements of the consumer marketing campaign strategy and execution for a therapy that recently launched in the US. This role will report directly to the US HCC Marketing lead for PAH.Ideally, the candidate will have knowledge of the US pharmaceutical market, experience in direct-to-consumer marketing strategies and campaigns, experience in specialty or rare disease therapy commercialization, and an understanding of US regulatory environment.Location:This position is location agnostic.For remote employees, up to 25% travel to our HQ office in North Wales, PAPrimary Responsibilities:Guide the development and execution of omnichannel consumer education and marketing campaignsEffectively manage agency and vendor partners to develop and deploy compelling and compliant campaign tactics, within timeline and budgetIdentify and pursue opportunities to promote health equity and address social determinants of health through patient support and educational campaignsDrive inclusive and multicultural marketing initiatives, including transcreation and translation of tacticsLeverage customer insights, data, and analytics to make strategic choices, optimize campaigns, and drive continuous improvementPartner closely with other members of the US PAH Consumer Marketing Team to meet quarterly objectivesCollaborate with brand team and cross-functional stakeholders and to ensure consumer marketing strategy is integrated and aligned with overall brand priorities and strategies for other segmentsChampion priorities in the development and execution of consumer marketing strategy and facilitate internal resource trade-offs, as needed.
