We are committed to the success of our clients, employees, and investors by fostering a culture where every employee can make a difference!Are you:Persuasive and able to influence without authority?Detailed- orientedAs the Associate, Customer Service you will support the New Vehicle Acquisition Consultants (NVACs) regarding new vehicle acquisition processes, including but not limited to fleet spec setup, price & specs, driver selectors and client projects.A Day in the LifeCreate new based vehicle profiles for our North American clients – over 7,000 per yearCreate year-over-year Fleet Spec Excel comparisonsSupport NVAC with research and client project requestsUpload replacement plans, work with FPS/NVAC to resolve errors, and send out driver selectorsCreate Price & Configurations for Commercial for prospect & RFP requestOther duties as assigned by NVAC Manager as needed, which may require surging to other areas when neededAbility to work under minimal supervisionRequirementsCollege degree in business or related field (or equivalent business experience); 1-2 years of business experience preferredProficient use of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word)Highest level of business ethics and personal integrityExcellent communications skills (oral/written)Knowledge of the Fleet/Automotive Industry preferredThe hiring base salary range for this position is $51,800 to $71,200 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.What’s in it for You
