Hours: Full time Office Location: London, UK (Hybrid)Role Purpose We are looking for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) with big ideas, passion and an insatiable appetite for social media. The ACD will be responsible for overseeing multiple creative projects and campaigns, with high-level client interaction. This role is best suited to a candidate who lives and breathes social, is passionate about creating innovative ideas, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Job Requirements
What you’ll bring to JungleExperience in a Creative Lead or ACD roleExcellent writing skills and ability to keep up with the pace – our turnaround times can be tightStrong conceptual thinking paired with exceptional visual execution skillsMastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Confident and persuasive when presenting work to clients Job Responsibilities
What you will be doing as an Associate Creative DirectorConcept Development and Ideation:Generate high-level, impactful ideas that align with overall campaign strategies and client objectivesCollaborate with Strategy, Production and wider teams to develop compelling, on-brand creative solutionsCreate visually exciting, well-written presentation decks that tell a clear storyStay up-to-date with social trends and cultural shifts to ensure creative concepts remain relevant and forward-thinkingClient and Stakeholder Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clientsInspire internal teams and clients by showcasing confidence, expertise, and a passion for creativityRegularly present creative work to clients/media agencies in a lead creative roleProject Oversight and Production:Oversee all stages of creative development, from ideation to final executionAttend shoots and post-production sessions to ensure creative vision is executed effectivelyManagement and Mentorship:Manage multiple members of the Creative department – providing clear direction, actionable feedback, and growth opportunitiesFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and inspiring team environment, encouraging creative risk-taking and professional developmentIdentify talent needs, assist in hiring, onboarding, and resource planning to scale creative teams as neededDeep understanding of social and digital platforms Job BenefitsWhat’s in It for You?
