- Handle all aspects of discovery, including drafting demands and responses.
- Conduct and manage depositions.
- Perform thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
- Manage case files and provide strategic legal guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and ensure effective client representation.
Job RequirementsQualifications of the Associate Attorney:
- 1–3 years of experience as a licensed attorney in New York State, with previous experience in civil litigation.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
