A growing construction firm in Rangeley, ME is hiring an Assistant Project Manager to work alongside Supers and ownership on commercial and residential projects while owning the tech, estimating, and coordination side of the business. With a family-oriented culture, work-life balance, and strong project backlog, this role is ideal for someone with digital and organizational skills who wants to learn and grow.*Open to Relocators*You’ll serve as a bridge between field and office operations – supporting estimating, document control, and project tracking. This is a hands-on learning role with clear progression toward a full PM role.Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with estimates, takeoffs, and bid coordination
  • Creating and tracking submittals, RFIs, and material orders
  • Supporting project managers and superintendents with schedules and reports
  • Learning jobsite processes and shadowing field operations as needed
  • Maintaining organized digital project files and tools

  • Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar
  • Prior experience in construction, estimating, and/or project coordination
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering preferred
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Strong interest in construction project management and a willingness to learn the field
  • Clear communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments
