• Supervise and support front desk, bell staff, and switchboard operations

• Ensure efficient daily operations and high service standards
• Handle guest concerns and enhance satisfaction through proactive solutions
• Train and guide team members to deliver exceptional service

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in front desk, guest services, or a related field OR a 2-year degree in hospitality/business with a passion for service
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
• A commitment to guest satisfaction and team success
