• High-rise condo site management experience
• High-level finishing experience
• Ability to run a safe and tidy job site
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Great relationships with trades, consultants and building inspectors
• Create, maintain and manage all schedules and sequencing related to finishing
• Ability to get ahead of potential issues to ensure the project stays on track
• Leadership of site professionals providing mentorship for junior staff
• Able to lead meetings and strong email communication skills
