Assist in managing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards are maintained.
Support the F&B Manager in developing and implementing innovative menu concepts, including seasonal updates and special promotions.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
Coordinate and supervise the F&B staff, providing training and performance feedback to enhance team productivity and service quality.
Monitor guest feedback and implement changes where necessary to improve overall service delivery.
Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the availability of high-quality food and beverage products.
Prepare reports and analysis on F&B operations, including sales performance, cost control, and financial analysis.
Participate in events and promotions to enhance guest experience and boost revenue.
Essential Qualifications:
A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food and beverage service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and staff.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments is highly desirable.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with developing menus and cost control measures.
