- Assist in managing all aspects of the food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards are maintained.
- Support the F&B Manager in developing and implementing innovative menu concepts, including seasonal updates and special promotions.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Coordinate and supervise the F&B staff, providing training and performance feedback to enhance team productivity and service quality.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement changes where necessary to improve overall service delivery.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the availability of high-quality food and beverage products.
- Prepare reports and analysis on F&B operations, including sales performance, cost control, and financial analysis.
- Participate in events and promotions to enhance guest experience and boost revenue.
Essential Qualifications:
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with guests and staff.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred.
- Experience in luxury hotels or fine dining establishments is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with developing menus and cost control measures.
