Reporting to the Manager, Employee Services, the incumbent provides a high level of customer service to the University community pertaining to Human Resources (such as compensation, employment, payroll, pension, benefits etc.). They assure the accuracy of data by verifying documentation, retrieving missing data or correcting information and processing a variety of transactions related to an employee’s employment life cycle. The incumbent provides expertise and support and services to the University community and external stakeholders, in response to employee needs, and maximizes understanding of employee services through effective communication and administration.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
