Ability to evaluate both patient care and staff performance; ability to instruct & train patients and staff
Complete and maintain current in CPR.
Possess knowledge of Infection Control & Quality Assurance guidelines.
Possess basic knowledge of computer software & have the ability to use the computer.
Budgeting, purchasing and resource Management
Ability to Supervise Strategic Planning
Perform reporting as assignedMinimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of Nursing 4
Current RN Licensure required
Nursing experience in a long term care or adult geriatric setting desirable
Experience in leadership and management a plus
