Assistant Digital Platforms ManagerThe Assistant Digital Platforms Manager plays a pivotal role in support the Digital Platforms Manager to drive DTC and Owner Websites as well as Lead on DSF and Local Services.A DAY IN THE LIFEDrive DTC & Owned Websites
- Drive DTC & Owned Websites as a hub of excellence for 1p Acquisition, Content & Services , alongside the Digital Platforms Manager
- Work extremely closely with the DTC Commercial Lead to drive a 360 best-in-class DTC Strategy
- Ensure best-in-class DTC & Owned Website execution liaising closely with brand, commercial and total CDO
- Support with best-in-class Technical SEO strategy, working closely with the Paid SEO lead
- Responsibility for managing and prioritising DEC Europe tickets on promotions, on-site activations including Homepage banners, landing pages, plp slots, yieldify activations & blog content
- Responsibility for monitoring site performance and completing end to end test orders regularly to protect consumer experience
- Performing daily order checks and liaising with Customer Supply Chain where any issues arise
- Main point of contact for escalation of onsite issues
- Using available analytics tools to create and maintain reports, and to help drive decision making & providing regular summaries to the wider business
Lead on DSF & Local Services
- Ownership of the LDB UK DSF & Local Services strategy and performance including Modiface Services & Qualifio Routine Finders
- Support Digital Platform Manager in driving forward design, build and activation of the Spotscan+ Coach App in the UK as the #1 Services priority
- Ensure LDB are properly represented & ownership of the DSF & Local Services Roadmap
- Working closely with Senior Stakeholders in CDMO UK, Global & Zone to ensure LDB UK are at the forefront of testing and optimisation for services
- Ensure LDB Services are #1 channel for driving rich data acquisition + activation.
- Constantly looking for improvement opportunities for Routine Finders, and working closely with other members of the CDO to improve UX, content, rich data opportunities through these
- Ownership of Services analytics and reporting to the wider business
WHO YOU ARE
- Minimum one-year digital marketing experience (DTC experience preferable)
- Proven organisational and project management skills, together with the ability to priorities and adapt within a changing environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to see how their role supports the wider business objectives
- Creative thinker with a track record in defining and delivering solutions to business problems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to get to the heart of complex problems
- Passionate about digital innovation
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of a range of software packages (Google Analytics experience desirable)
- Strong presentation skills
- Highly personable with the ability to engage and influence multiple business stakeholders
- Strong commercial acumen and ecommerce understanding.
- Strategic and problem-solving thinker with an obsession with data analytics, ability to work flexibly, and take ownership for resolutions.
- Demonstrate an ability to manage projects, adjust priorities, and follow up on actions.
