As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will develop strong customer relationships in a cluster of store’s offering hire solutions with an array of top-tier products and equipment across all building service sectors. - Holds a valid driver’s license (You will operate a company van.)
What does the Assistant Branch Manager involve?
- Independently support the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder’s merchant in the absence of the Merchant Branch Manager, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business, long-term loyalty and optimising sales through effective sales techniques.
