Join a community that cares about you!More about your roleAs a key player in asset data management, you will take ownership of critical data strands, ensuring they meet best practices and group quality standards while juggling diverse tasks with competing priorities. You will implement the asset data protocol, ensuring all essential data points are accurately loaded into the asset management database and related systems, including regulatory compliance data. Regular quality checks will be your responsibility, working with colleagues to create remedial action plans for any discrepancies. Collaborating across the business, you’ll help draft clear definitions for the data dictionary and ensure compliance data is reliable and comprehensive. Additionally, you’ll produce reports to monitor data quality against governance requirements and support the development of new policies for effective data collection and processing. By identifying new asset data sets, you will enhance operational insights, and you’ll play a leading role in cross-sector collaborations to improve our asset data quality approach.More About youTo excel in this role, you must have experience leading data quality projects in environments where data integrity is crucial for operational and strategic success. You should be committed to effective data management principles and understand how data insights drive decision-making. Experience with asset data systems, particularly in housing or real estate, is essential, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for operational planning. You’ll need strong relationship-building skills to communicate complex data clearly, utilizing Advanced Excel and SQL.
