Our client is Canada’s largest safe manufacturer and has been operating in Hamilton for over 30 years and we are hiring an Assembler for their shop!

Overview

We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Person to join their shop team. As the assembler you will be responsible for following blueprints and diagrams.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Assemble safes and components using hand tools and machinery
• Follow blueprints, diagrams, and work orders accurately
• Inspect products for quality and functionality
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Bring:

• Previous experience with hand and power tools, assembly, or related trades (2+ years preferred)
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Previous experience with fabrication, hand assembly or in a job shop manufacturing.
