FINTEC recruit is supporting hiring for an Asbestos Consultant/Surveyor for the London area. This is a permanent role, salary negotiable up to circa £60,000 plus car allowance and benefits package. There will be international travel for overseas projects involved in this role.Responsibilities:

• Conduct asbestos surveys, re-inspections, and sampling.
• Perform smoke tests, background, leak reassurance, visual inspections, four-stage clearances, and re-occupation and personal air testing.
• Overseeing asbestos removal projects to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and procedures.
• Producing comprehensive reports as required.
• Regularly liaising with clients.

Skills and Experience required for the Asbestos Consultant/Surveyor role:-

• British Occupational Hygiene Society (BOHS) modules P402, P403, and P404 or equivalent qualifications.
• Higher-level qualifications, such as an HND or equivalent, are advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting asbestos surveys and air monitoring across various property types.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and internationally.
