Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to artists and ensure long-term artist satisfaction by reducing churn through proactive retention efforts and sales calls.Your Main ResponsabilitiesManaging Artist Inquiries: You will manage a pipeline of support tickets (mail & calls) with a very diverse range of inquiries (managing their portfolios, pricing, and overall presence on Singulart).Artist Retention & Long-term happiness: Make outbound calls to artists, build relationships, understand their needs, and encourage ongoing participation in the platform to reduce churn.Participating in Artist Success Projects: You will contribute to projects to make artists happier and increase NPS.Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams and share feedback to ensure a qualitative experience for artists and maximize their success on the platform.Preferred experienceYour SkillsPassionate about customer relations: You are known for your human qualities and your excellent written and oral communication skills.Resilient in phone communication: You confidently manage a high number of artists, building strong relationships and maintaining open, effective communicationPrecise and organized: You are a structured thinker. You are able to prioritize your tasks but you can also jump from one task to another.Problem solver: You find a solution no matter the problem thanks to your creativity.Proactive and autonomous: You understand that small actions can have a big impact. You have a strong test & learn spirit and are able to implement new ideas in a fast-paced environment independently.Your backgroundFluency in English and German are a must.
