Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to artists and ensure long-term artist satisfaction.Your Main ResponsabilitiesManaging Artist Inquiries: You will manage a pipeline of support tickets (mail & calls) with a very diverse range of inquiries (managing their portfolios, pricing, and overall presence on Singulart).Managing trust/quality concerns, and ensuring smooth artist experiences.Escalating complex issues to the Artist Support Manager when necessary.Collaborating with internal teams and contribute to the improvement of operational processes through feedback.Participating in Artist Success Projects: You will contribute to projects to make artists happier and increase NPS.Preferred experienceYour SkillsStrong communication and customer service skillsEmpathy and active listeningDetail-oriented and highly organizedTechnical troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with CRM tools and ticketing systemsYour backgroundFluency in English and French are a must.
