You’ll lead a team, develop strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients to achieve business objectives. This role is ideal for a sales professional looking to advance their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in your designated area.
• Lead and manage a sales team, providing guidance and support to meet performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports for upper management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Attend in-office meetings and training sessions regularly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies based on insights.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
