Requirements:
Enrich and share knowledge of the theoretical foundations and study of models and approaches in preschool education;
Enrich and share knowledge of the development of children aged 3 to 6;
Integrate knowledge of skill development in terms of organization, intervention and assessment with children in their daily practices;
Demonstrate leadership in creating and maintaining relationships between different groups of stakeholders (educational team, community, family, school);
Demonstrate leadership in implementing the framework program.
