The energy behind the brand is infectious, and as we grow, we are always looking for extraordinary talent who want to be part of this our success and help drive our limitless ambitions.About The RoleAs an Anaplan Model Builder you will work closely with key finance and business stakeholders to support prioritization and delivery of the Anaplan roadmap and ensuring that day to day Anaplan is working as intended. This role plays a key part in delivering high quality, best practice model enhancements and BAU process improvements, alongside training and upskilling Global finance teams.The Anaplan Model Builder will report into the Anaplan Solution Architect and will also work closely with the Anaplan Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to help develop FP&A processes and support the roadmap of technology transformation within Charlotte Tilbury.As the Anaplan Model Builder you will

• Full understanding of existing applications, models, and process flows.
• Creating process documentation and providing training to Global Finance teams.
• Maintenance and any re-build of existing models (5 Year Plan, Budget/Forecast, Demand Planning and HR), resolving any bottlenecks and issues in a timely manner.
• Support the design and implementation of new developments and re-design of existing areas, including recommending improvements and efficiencies based on your own experience.
• Liaising with Finance Directors, Regional and Central Finance teams to build a roadmap for future developments.
• Supporting junior staff administering the monthly actuals integration from ERP software.
• Work closely with and coach the Junior Anaplan Administrator.

Key Selection Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance, or a similar analytics-related field.
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder.
• Anaplan-model building – design and implementation experience.
• Experience in forecasting and budgeting, with proven experience in a commercial and analytical environment.
• Full system implementation lifecycle experience (analyse, design, build, test, implement, support).
• Ability to think logically and methodically.
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Flexible & proactive, with an eagerness to learn.
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload effectively within a scaling business.
