Role Summary:Calling all STRUCTURES AME’s in Gagetown, NB!Heli-One is hiring Structures AME’s (S or ACA rated) who will be Responsible for maintenance to airworthy standards, inspecting and releasing maintenance for contracted maintenance support our Gagetown, NB location. Key Responsibilities:

• Follows approved repair/modification procedures for component or aircraft, consulting internal procedures that have been TC approved, OEM’s technical data, and work package instructions.
• Positions and aligns subassemblies in jigs or fixtures, using measuring instruments, following blueprint lines and index points
• Inspects completed work to identify any needed rework before submitting for final release inspection; ensures that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerances.
• Performs serviceability tests on repairs using test equipment specified in technical manuals.
• Completes work package documentation after finishing all designated operations.
• Submits completed work to Quality Assurance for final/in progress inspection and recertification of airworthiness.
• Work shifts/weekends as required
• Frequently operates dangerous machineries requiring safety equipment
• Constantly exposed to noise, fumes, gas, chemicals, dust or dirt
• Occasionally exposed to extreme temperature or humidity
• May have the opportunity to tackle new challenges and expand skill set as assigned

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:

• Hold a valid Transport Canada AME “S” Type license or have completed Military ACS training on helicopters
• Minimum 3 years’ Structures experience
• Seeking a self-motivated problem-solving ninja with the agility to navigate complex systems
• Results-driven with a laser focus on delivering top-notch quality
• Efficient in the use of electronic or paper-based manuals and able to navigate through vendor data to find necessary information
• Knowledge of aviation standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions
• Works on shop floor involving frequent lifting of materials up to 30 lbs
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Canada
