We work closely with businesses to implement AI tools and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness, using a hands-on, collaborative approach. We show our Clients how to take advantage of existing tools and technologies in a way that actually helps and moves the needle, without writing any code or hiring engineering teams.TasksWe’re looking for a AI & Automations Advisor to advise and hands-on support our Partners on designing, refining and implementing Automation and AI solutions. We build no-code or low-code workflows, bots and processes, minimizing the dependency on engineering teams. We focus on solving real life problems and approach AI from the operational perspective, even if it means sometimes advising our Partners against the usage of Automations or AI. We optimize for the best business outcome and create maximum value for our Partners – we transfer know-how and make our Partners independent. The ultimate goal is to influence the culture of everyone we cooperate with to understand the best ways to integrate AI and Automations in their organization.This role is a very early stage, foundational role: a great fit for someone who enjoys shaping and refining the very core of the company: from strategy through products to implementation. Since this role will be one of the the few first employees supporting the Founding Team, it will be highly independent and hands-on.Responsibilities:

• Actively support our Partners in creating, refining and collaboratively, hands-on implementing Automation & AI strategies.
• Be a truly operational, personally invested supporter of our Partners’ efforts in increasing efficiency and leveraging technology.
• Act as a sparring partner for Leadership Teams in choosing the best direction and approach to Automation and AI.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with supported Partners, going above and beyond where possible
• Adapt and respond to the fast-paced nature of a startup, helping us fine-tune our product-market fit.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with modern tooling for Automation and AI, like Zapier, Bardeen, Clay, Sales Intelligence platforms like Apollo, Zoominfo, CRMs (both new and well-established), Support tools, etc. is an absolute must.
• Good and energetic communicator – it is crucial you can transfer know-how and advise our Partners in a structured, logical and concise manner.
• Operational expertise implementing AI models in operational processes – GPT (via API) / Copilot, Gemini and others a plus.
• Hands-on experience in writing AI prompts / Prompt Engineering.
• General, jack-of-all-trades IT experience and expertise (however, no software engineering / coding experience is necessary!). We are looking for people with passion for technology who constantly look for new creative ways to solve problems with technology in their day to day.
• Willing to support our sales / BD Lead in pitching and creating proposals for customers.
