Ready?We are searching for an Agile Facilitator to help drive our team’s productivity and success. In this role, you will support our AI and Computational Sciences team develop and track yearly OKRs and KPIs, and help prevent or resolve obstacles slowing our team. You will also help introduce and maintain Agile practices in our team such as helping teams explore and select Agile frameworks that best suit their needs, helping with product management tool optimization, and keep track of metrics and reporting so we can understand where things are going well, and identify friction points that need attention. Ready to get started?Main Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile product delivery: Support teams in developing and tracking OKRs and KPIs, ensuring they are properly captured and reviewed during quarterly alignment meetings.Remove obstacles: Identify and help remove blockers or challenges that hinder the team’s progress and productivity.Capacity planning: Help teams plan and manage capacity and resource allocation to optimize productivity and meet OKRs/improve KPIs.Coach teams: Host monthly Agile Clinic hour to understand and brainstorm Agile frameworks/solutions to problems that the team may face in their ways of working.Tool Optimization: Help teams optimize their use of Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.Metrics and reporting: Track and report on team metrics to demonstrate progress and identify areas for improvement.Continuous Improvement: Keep a continuous conversation going across our team where things are going well and where we can do better to help our team adapt to changes and trends in in our company and industry environment.About YouQualifications:
- Min. Bachelor Degree – Computational Science, Biology, Life Science, etc.
- Min. 2-4 years of experience, preferable in a corporate role
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Forward thinking ability combined with problem-solving.
- Start-to-finish mentality with a focus on value delivery.
- Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP) preferred.
- Experience with data analysis highly preferred.
