Aftercare Coordinator – 6 Month FTC

Are you passionate about delivering a first-class customer experience and confident juggling multiple priorities? We’re hiring an Aftercare Coordinator to join the customer service team of a high-profile developer based in North Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a hands-on role supporting residents in one of London’s most ambitious and design-led neighbourhoods.About the Role:As Aftercare Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for new homeowners reporting defects during their warranty period. From logging issues and liaising with contractors, to coordinating appointments and supporting with post-completion admin, you’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional aftercare experience.What You’ll Do:Respond promptly to homeowner queries via phone, email and WeChatLog, track and manage defects using SalesforceLiaise with internal teams and contractors to arrange works and ensure resolutionsKeep residents updated and supported throughout the processAssist with diary management, admin, and coordination of handoversEnsure accurate records and documentation are maintainedWhat We’re Looking For:Proven experience in a customer service or property-related roleFriendly, professional communicator with strong attention to detailCalm under pressure and confident working independentlyHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and systemsProficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a bonusAn understanding of shared ownership or construction terminology is beneficialWhy Join?You’ll be joining a team that’s genuinely passionate about creating vibrant communities, not just buildings.
