Do you have experience in customer service, contract administration and have a
Bachelor’s degree? Are you looking to work for a Fortune 250 global leader that

We have a full-time, temp to hire opportunity with an Engineering
company that provides services to industries such as Aerospace and has been in
business for over 100 years! They believe in providing their employees with a
team orientated work environment.

In this elevated role, you will be interpreting customer requests, monitoring performance and delivery, investigating complaints, generating proposals, negotiating pricing, and ensuring compliance with contracts and agreements.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Customer service support via phone and email
  • Order Management: data entry, schedule changes,
    portal management, customer communications
  • Authorizes the work to be performed by releasing the Sales Order into the system
  • Negotiates contract requirements: pricing,
    terms/conditions, deliveries, etc
  • Investigates customer claims while keeping customer
    updated and informed
  • Maintains current professional and technical
    knowledge

Customer Service Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
    or a related discipline
  • Understands contract administration principles
    and concepts of business operation
  • Experience with EDI and MRP systems

Pay: $30-$40 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday: 7am-4pm
