Full Job DescriptionOptions Autism are currently hiring a Waking Night Adult Support Workers in the Scunthorpe region!Role: Waking Night Adult Support WorkerSalary: £27,950.00 per annumHours: Full Time; Permanent (43 hours per week – 7 day rota pattern)Location: Wressle, nr Broughton, LincolnshireEssential: **Please note that Outcomes First Group are not currently able to offer Visa Sponsorship. Applicants must have RTW in the UK and have no restrictions on the hours that they are able to work – we cannot offer 20 hour per week contracts. Public transport to the site can be issue so a Driving Licence and your own vehicle is highly desirable.**The OpportunityOur next Waking Night Support Worker will be someone who has:Some of your duties would include:

• Performing nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning and making breakfast.
• Supporting individuals to develop independent life skills
• Safeguarding of occupants at all times
• Accurate record keeping
