Adoption Social Worker – Flexible Hybrid WorkingSalary up to £42,000NonStop Consulting is working with a Local Authority with a Good Ofsted rating in the East Midlands in order to help them find an Adoption Social Worker who can join them on a full-time, permanent basis.The role is flexible hybrid working with 1-2 days in the office and the rest at home, offering you a lot of flexibility with your schedule and a good work – life balance.Responsibilities:The Adoption Social Worker in this role will be involved in the assessments of prospective applicantsYou will be supported by a very experienced and friendly manager and you will also have ongoing training and opportunities for career progression with them, so this is a very nice place to work for.Benefits:28 days annual leave, plus 8 Bank Holidays and an additional 5 days, after 5 yearsRecruitment Welcome Bonus of £4,000Flexibility with hybrid working – 1/2 days a week in the officeGood Ofsted – Outstanding Leadership rating (as of Feb 2025)Good salary – up to £42,000Permanent, supportive and inclusive management team
