Fortius Clinic are hiring a new Administrator to work in their Surgical Theatres, on a full-time basis. This is working in their Hospital in Marylebone, London.37.5 Hours per week.8:00 – 16:00 Monday – Friday.Up to £28k per year.Monday – Friday.Overall Purpose:The Theatre Administrator is responsible for the provision of comprehensive and efficient administrative and coordination for theatre department and under the management of the Surgical Business Manager.The post would suit someone who adaptable and proactive in their work and is able to work in the fast-paced theatre environment.They will act as the key liaison between theatre team, bookings team and the management team to lead on efficiency in theatre scheduling.The post would be suited to a highly organized individual with excellent work ethic and problem-solving skills with previous experience in an administration role, ideally in a healthcare setting.The person would lead on accurate recording of day-to-day charging and stock summary as well as tracking and efficiency of theatre department.
