- Supporting our team of experienced Client Service Advisors to process and manage a high volume of insolvency transactions.
- Maintain client files in accordance with agreed procedures, keeping records complete, accurate and up to date.
- Prepare and on-board new clients.
- Support leadership team on annual facility renewas.
- Building strong relationships with our client teams with the opportunity for direct client work.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.
- Excellent Microsoft office (particularly strong Excel) skills
- A strong administrator that has proven experience of working within a fast paced and detail-oriented role.
- Candidates from a professional services background would be highly desirable.
- A positive attitude with good communication skills.
- Team worker with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Insurance knowledge or background would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Acturis is not essential, but would be great to have.
