  • Supporting our team of experienced Client Service Advisors to process and manage a high volume of insolvency transactions.
  • Maintain client files in accordance with agreed procedures, keeping records complete, accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare and on-board new clients.
  • Support leadership team on annual facility renewas.
  • Building strong relationships with our client teams with the opportunity for direct client work.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

  • Excellent Microsoft office (particularly strong Excel) skills
  • A strong administrator that has proven experience of working within a fast paced and detail-oriented role.
  • Candidates from a professional services background would be highly desirable.
  • A positive attitude with good communication skills.
  • Team worker with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Insurance knowledge or background would be highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Acturis is not essential, but would be great to have.
