Location: CramlingtonEmtec Building Services are a national contractor with a highly skilled in-house workforce of mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineers and much more and we truly believe that our people are our greatest asset.We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrator / Project Team Assistant to join the team at our North East Office in Cramlington.Our Administrators / Project Team Assistants are pivotal to the successful delivery of our projects and this role provides support in all areas of administration and coordination with the project management.What You’ll be Doing

  • Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business and a full supporting interface to all central functions.
  • Procurement: Assist with procurement schedules and material orders input into Navisworks.
  • Finance: Distribute invoice and account queries.
  • Resource Management: Manage weekly timesheet input process, Update labour sheets.
  • Plant Equipment: Organise plant equipment and maintain plant registers to track equipment.
  • Document Control: Manage project files, drawing files and team folders. • Preparation: Create site engineer files, toolbox manuals, and sign-in books.
  • RFI & Queries: Handle RFIs, technical queries, and maintain the RFI register.
  • Training: Regularly review training matrix, monitor and arrange future training needs.
  • Fleet: Oversee vehicle processes and monthly reports for company vehicles.
  • Assist the Building Custodian in all office general matters.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a similar role with an understanding of general and project administration.
  • Natural multitasker with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator with a friendly and approachable nature.
  • Fully proficient in Microsoft Office package.
  • Proficient in Navisworks preferred.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong team player, willing to support the wider team in achieving our goals.
