Send us your resume and join a people-centric company with a reputation of excellence.Job DescriptionThe Coordinator supports the Administrative Services managers in their administrative tasks and other support teams; This includes: reception, mail, printing service, document management, vehicle fleet, business travel, buildings, security and insurance.Main Responsibilities

  • Main reception: Greet visitors and answer the phone.
  • Mail/printing: sorting incoming mail and organizing distribution, preparing mailings (Puro and Post).
  • Document management (during holidays and absences): responds to urgent requests for documents.
  • Support managers in administrative tasks of Administrative Services.
  • Collect the various data and collect the indicators.
  • Process invoices for the service and rebill entities as appropriate.
  • Support managers during special projects and events

Qualifications

  • Good management of priorities.
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to quickly analyze a situation
  • Know how to manage your priorities and be creative!
  • Organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and good written and verbal communication.
  • Bilingualism. As part of your duties, you will have to collaborate regularly with co-workers based across Canada.
