– Proficient in French (both written and spoken)
– Minimum high school diploma
– Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to navigate these tools seamlessly
– Professional phone etiquette with a confident and friendly demeanor
– Positive attitude with exceptional multitasking abilities
– Flexible to work overtime when neededMain Responsibilities:– Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a supportive and respectful experience for all clients.
– Handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
– Ensure the accuracy of information, confirming details with multiple parties to avoid any discrepancies.
– Communicate essential information to all relevant parties in a timely and efficient manner.
– Assist colleagues during peak volumes, offering support to ensure smooth operations across all tasks.
– Collaborate closely with team members to coordinate and organize necessary arrangements, ensuring all details are attended to with care.
– Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including clerical work and maintaining office efficiency.
– Organize and maintain both physical and electronic files, ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
– Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, ensuring the office calendar remains organized and up-to-date.
– Submit applications and ensure all required documentation is completed and updated as necessary.
