We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Coordinator to become a pivotal part of our Immunology Team within the UK/NL Cluster. As a key contributor, you will provide essential support to the General Manager of the International Region, ensuring seamless operations and innovative problem-solving. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and meaningful impact, where your contributions will directly support our team’s success across the UK and NL. This is a 12-month contract role.
To be considered candidates must have 5 + years administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, is important. Fluency in the local language and business-level English proficiency are required. Preferred candidates will have experience with systems such as cvent, iCertis, and Zycus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
