We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate – Level II – General Management to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Management in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Efficient Data Management: By accurately gathering, compiling, and verifying information, you will ensure that all data entered into reports, presentations, and office systems is reliable and up-to-date.
- Enhanced Administrative Support: Your ability to conduct research, prepare statistical reports, and address routine information requests will streamline administrative processes and support the team effectively.
- Improved Communication: Handling correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings will facilitate smooth communication within the department and with external parties.
- Prompt Inquiry Responses: By responding to or redirecting routine inquiries, you will ensure that all questions about the organization or department are answered promptly and accurately, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Accurate Financial Documentation: Preparing and submitting documentation for payments, and responding to inquiries from accounts payable and payees, will help maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payments.
- Team Collaboration: Participating in business improvement assignments and projects will allow you to contribute to the department’s growth and efficiency, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Executive Support: Managing executive-level diaries and coordinating travel will ensure that executives’ schedules are optimized, and their travel plans are efficiently organized, allowing them to focus on strategic tasks.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Data Analytics Proficiency: Expertise in discovering, interpreting, and communicating both qualitative and quantitative data. You should be able to ensure data validity and use data visualization to extract meaningful patterns and insights that support business decisions.
- Effective Planning and Alignment: Strong skills in planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments that align with organizational goals, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Action-Oriented Approach: A proactive attitude towards new opportunities and challenges, tackling them with urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm to drive results and improvements.
Education/ Experience:
- High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
- Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
